PT. Telecom chose AnaCise’s IPTV handheld tester (CSN) for its nearly launch IPTV service in Jakarta. CSN handheld tester provides a professional and detail oriented troubleshooting information for field engineers to locate the faulty segments with just a finger of touch. The product was successfully introduced by PT. Telemedia MITRA ERAJAYA (AnaCise’s strategic partner in Indonesia). Few others were reviewed in this tender, but only AnaCise was selected during the biding processes. Now the field engineers are happy with carrying CSN around the town to do some routine checkup and testing before the official launch of the IPTV service in Jakarta. After the official launch of IPTV service in Indonesia, the CSN will help PT. Telecom to increase the IPTV market share by providing a greater and wider service to the people in Jakarta. CSN specializes in IPTV monitoring and testing for maintaining a sustainable quality to the end users. It allows the Telecom to ensure the triple play service to be delivered in a quality manner.
